At Trinity Accounting Practice, we are always seeking ways to improve your experience with us. As part of our commitment to excellence, we
have transitioned our client portal to a new platform called Karbon. This platform enhances workflow efficiencies, data
security, and the ease of sharing information with our clients. We also use this portal for the digital signing of documents such as
Business Activity Statements (BAS) and Income Tax Returns, allowing for same-day lodgements and quicker refunds.

How Do I Log in to My Portal?

Existing Portal Users: If you previously used our old portal, you would have received an email with unique registration
details for the new Karbon portal. If you have not yet activated your new portal, please contact our Administration team, and we will resend
your unique link.

Registered Users Needing Access: If you have already registered for the new portal but are unsure how to access it, please
contact Administration for assistance. During the registration process, you received a unique weblink, which we can resend to you if needed.

New Users: If you have not had a portal with us before but would like one, please contact our Administration team to
arrange setup.
